EXTERIOR AMENITIES

This vacation home is secluded in the woods of gated St. George Plantation and offers a private enclosed pool with abundant lounge seating, an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold), fish cleaning area, and park-style grill. There are also several comfortable seating areas and two picnic-style tables on the ground floor. There is plenty of off-street parking, and most importantly, the award-winning sugar sands beaches of St. George Island are just a short walk from this property.

INTERIOR TOUR

The first floor’s airy and open living/dining/kitchen area is the heart of this home. This communal living space features vaulted ceilings, double doors to the screened porch, large flat screen TV, a small library and stereo system.

There is additional dining inside at a large table that comfortably seats 10. There is additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar that looks directly into the open and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers updated appliances to include gas stove, double ovens and dishwasher.

Outside, the covered screened porch offers casual seating areas as well as an al fresco dining table for 4.

The SE facing master queen bedroom features a flat screen TV, a crib, and direct access to the covered porch.

Down the hall, there is a double bunk room (2 single/single bunks) with flat screen TV, access to the wraparound deck, and access to the shared hall full bathroom.

The SW facing master queen bedroom features a flat screen TV with Cable and direct access to the covered open deck.

The double twin master features a flat screen TV with Cable and access to the surround porch.

A laundry room with full washer/dryer is available for guest convenience.
