State Park with nature trails and bicycle paths. Spend your days searching for seashells, kayaking, and
paddle boarding, or just curl up with a book, refreshing beverage, while enjoying sea breezes!

With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, High Times sleeps 9. There are multiple deck areas and screened
porches: the upper outside deck with hot tub, al fresco dining area and grill, and the lower porch
swings are perfect for taking in spectacular sunsets and relaxing after a day on the Forgotten Coast.

This beach vacation home is close to Island shopping, markets, restaurants, nightlife, St. George
Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, and just a short stroll to the Gulf. Eastpoint’s
“fresh from Florida” seafood markets and craft brewery are just over the bridge, and High Times is
just a half an hour by car to scenic and historic Apalachicola, with its colorful shopping, arts, and
culinary scene.

EXTERIOR AMENITIES

Just steps from the waterfront, High Times is nestled amongst Island pines and offers private
parking and a spectacular setting directly on the Apalachicola Bay. The dock with kayak launch puts
its peaceful waters at your fingertips, and the sandy beach area with fire pit gives privacy and the
perfect backdrop for making beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime. Boaters and
beachgoers will appreciate the outdoor shower after a day in the sun and find lots of places to relax
on the multiple Bay-facing screen porches with spectacular views.
Guests will love the new resort-style pool area with spillover hot tub and sun shelf for basking in the
Florida sun and enjoying sea breezes. The second hot tub, on the upper deck, also offers amazing
sunset views and the perfect place to relax while enjoying a refreshing beverage. The second screen
porch, just off the living area, has an outdoor dining table, so there is plenty of outside space for
your crew to spread out and enjoy their Island vacation!

The open and spacious living/dining/kitchen area offers comfortable seating, flat screen TV,
gas fireplace, and a coastal chic vibe. The fabulous, fully stocked kitchen features high-end
stainless appliances, farm sink, and the chef in your crew will love the gas range! The huge center
island with barstool seating is sure to be a favorite gathering spot, and lots more seating for
mealtime, games and puzzles at the dining table. For guest convenience, there is a full laundry room
adjacent to the kitchen.

Sleeping accommodations at High Times feature the king master bedroom with flat screen TV,
Bay view, and full private bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity, and heated tile floor! The
queen bedroom has a flat screen TV, and full private bathroom with a tile shower.  The adorable
bunk bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed, and also features a private bathroom. 
The ground level suite also features a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom
with tub/shower combo, and stunning views of the Apalachicola Bay! 
High Times indoor entertainment options include Dish on all upstairs TV’s, and smart
TV’s throughout.
