Apalachicola, with its amazing culinary, arts, shopping and nightlife scene, is just a half an hour away by car!

 

The exterior of “All Mine Beach House” features private parking, park-style grill, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and 2 screened porches with amazing coastal views of the Gulf and Bay. The award-winning sugar sand beaches of St. George Island are just steps away via the beach access point across the street!

 

Inside, this charming property features an open living/dining/kitchen area with fresh paint, beautifully updated furniture with a coastal vibe. French doors on the Gulf and Bay sides of the home provide lots of natural light and access to the covered screen porches. The large flat screen TV in the living area is perfect for movie night. The new sleeper sofa provides guest comfort and additional sleeping options. The fireplace is not available for guest use.

 

The galley kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances is stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts, and there is plenty of seating a mealtime at the large dining table and bar counter stools.

 

Sleeping accommodations at “All Mine Beach House” feature the king master bedroom with full private bath and flat screen TV, and a bunk bedroom with sleeping for 4 (2 bunk twin beds), and the sleeper sofa in the living room brings the sleeping capacity of this property to 8 guests!
